This is Cookie, a 5 year old Chihuahua mix who was surrendered by her owner as they moved into an apartment and couldn't keep her. She does like other dogs, plays well with kids, likes car rides, walks on a leash but is a little shy. She is scared at the moment in her new surroundings but is warming up.
