This is Charlie, the beautiful mix! He is a young guy, slightly mellow and currently has a few health issues. Charlie is heartworm positive and located at the Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center (WRR). Please note that he is located near Kendalia, TX and WRR will assist with treatment.
