Lonnie the Basenji and Brownie the Corgi-Both Adopted yay!!

Brownie is the Corgi mix and Lonnie is a Basenji. Both girls are spayed, microchipped, and have their shots. They have wonderful dispositions and love people and other dogs.

Update: Pictures of Sage and her buddy in her new home

This is Sage and her new buddy in her new home (above). She was found scared and dirty on the highway and will now live out her life comfortably with her awesome owner!!









This is Sage. The bottom picture is what she looked like when she was rescued from the 281 and 410 interchange. She was covered in oil, smelled like exhaust, and was hiding in garbage scared to death. She was taken in and her personality is beginning to shine. She is approximately 8-9 weeks old, and will be getting spayed and vaccinated this month. She has a lot of energy, just like any kitten, and would love to find a home with another pet to play with. This beautiful great dane mix was an owner surrender. Upon entering the shelter, he was very shy and scared. He didn't even want to go out into the yard. I'm not sure of his past. After a rescuer spent 15 minutes with this guy, he responded by relaxing a bit and letting the rescuer pet him and sit with him. He is a gentle dog that needs some love. He is a big guy, but has a sweet nature. Give him a chance and he won't let you down. He is located at the Boerne Animal Shelter. Go by and sit with him to see what a great dog he can become!! .

Lilo, the chinchilla

This is Lilo, a 4 1/2 year old chinchilla! She is a very curious and sweet girl, but would probably have more fun in a home with older kids. She likes to be out and about and enjoys being around people, but doesn't always like to cuddle. She would need to be an indoor pet since chinchillas don't fair well in the heat and would probably do best as an only pet (no additional chinchillas please)

She eats chinchilla food which can be purchased at a feed store for about 14 dollars for 25# bag, (would probably last 6 months or more) and she would need timothy hay from time to time. She loves little treats such as raisins and would need plenty of chew toys. A cage could be provided if needed. Buster, lab mix-ran out of time :(

Buster is an owner surrender. Mom and dad got stuck with him after their son moved out. He is not neutered and doesnt like cats or other dogs. He would be a great choice as the only pet in the household since he is great with children, walks well on a leash, and is energetic and protective.

This is Circus. She is an older girl, but needs just as much love as any other young pup. She is partially blind due to cataracts, but she is sweet, trusting, and will follow you everywhere.
