This is Ruby, a spayed Akita. She is an older girl at 7 1/2 years, but likes cats, is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and has had some obedience training. She is both playful and protective, and is an outdoor/indoor pet. She is an owner surrender because she got into a flight with a neighbor's small dog.
